MILLCREEK NAMES INTERIOR ROAD AFTER RETIRED CRS DIRECTOR, JUDY ZELINA

MILLCREEK, PA – Millcreek and Fairview Township have named the loop inside the Millfair Compost Center, Judy Zelina Way. The street signs were unveiled on May 20, 2023, after the Millfair Special Collection community recycling event. The signs are in two styles, one produced by Millcreek and the other by Fairview.
Judy Zelina retired as CRS director in early 2023. She grew the Department of Community Relations and Sustainability for over two decades. Overseeing the Millfair Compost Center was just one aspect of her long and successful career. She was volunteering at the Millfair Special Collection event at the time of the sign unveiling.
“Judy pushed the Millcreek CRS department to grow into something special. She is a dedicated and amazing person” said CRS Director, Jessica Stutzman.
Judy received the honor of being one of Jet 24's Remarkable Women Finalists before she retired from Millcreek.
