Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania anticipates enacting an Ordinance titled and briefly summarized as follows:
ORDINANCE 2023-2
An Ordinance of the Township of Millcreek, Erie County, Pennsylvania amending Chapter 110, Solid Waste and Recycling, of the Millcreek Township Code.
Action on the proposed ordinance will be taken at a Special Public Meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Millcreek Township Municipal Building, 3608 W. 26th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16506, where a full copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for examination without charge or copies obtainable for a charge not greater than the cost thereof. The proposed Ordinance is available for review on the Township’s website: www.millcreektownship.com and a copy of the proposed Ordinance is also available for inspection at the Erie County Law Library.
