Complaints can be initiated by obtaining a "Citizen's Complaint Form" below or by stopping at the Millcreek Police Department.

Although the Millcreek Police Department encourages citizens to report police and civilian employee misconduct, the filing of false complaints for the purpose of discrediting a police officer or civilian employee may result in criminal prosectution under Pennsylvania Crimes Code 4906.
