Services available for drop-off by Millcreek, Fairview, and West County residents. Residents are required to obtain a free permit before dropping materials off at the facility.
Obtaining a Permit
Millcreek residents may obtain a permit from the Millcreek Recycling Department while Fairview residents may obtain the permit at the Fairview Township Building. Please be prepared with your driver's license at the time of registration so that the staff may activate your account. These permits help to expedite the check-in process at the gate.
Businesses and landscapers may purchase a Commercial Permit from the Recycling Department for a one-time fee of $20. Payment for products with debit card, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), placement on store account (maximum of $300 per business), or check is required at the time of purchase. Cash will not be accepted out at the facility. If purchase was placed on store account, the hard copy receipt (or emailed electronic receipt) that is given at the time of sale must be paid within 30 days. Due to space capacity limits at the facility, Commercial Permit holders are not permitted to drop off material during the 2019 season. This temporary drop-off suspension will be reevaluated for the 2020 season.
