Appeal No.   08-25:    RYAN MAYS, for property located at 928 Beaumont Avenue, asking for a variance to construct an addition to the residence that lacks the required side yard setback.  Index 238-019

 

Appeal No.   08-26:    MARY PLONSKI, for property located at 416 Arbuckle Road, asking for a variance to construct a detached garage that lacks the required front yard setback.  Index 845-063

 

Appeal No.   08-27:   TIMOTHY PETERSON, for property located at 1225 Filmore                                     

Avenue, asking for a variance to operate a cleaning/janitorial service, notary service, and income tax service in a Resort-Business District which is not a permitted use.  Index 255-048

 

Appeal No.   08-28:    JOSEPH CARL ORENGIA, for property located at 4025 West Ridge Road, asking for a variance to operate a lawn care and snow removal company in a “B” Business District which is not a permitted use. Index 439-008
