Millcreek Investment, Inc., (Mr. Bob Tidmore). 
Deed acquired in 1994 neighborhood park.

Initial Development & History:

Fairly flat parcel to be left as an open green space.  No development of property agreed to by developers and Millcreek Township.  The township was not responsible for upkeep of the property until Summer 1999.
