Initial Development & History:

Acquired parcel from Larry, Marguerite and Florence Wander in December, 2004.  Purchase price $225,000.

Fairly flat parcel to be left as neighborhood green space.  Used by St. George Elementary School as a football practice field.  No existing facilities.

Neighborhood survey was distributed in the summer of 2005 by the Township Recreation Department.  Results of the survey varie4d however of the 47 surveys returned,, 17 households wanted no change and the park kept as greenspace.
