2007-6	ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT (NO. 96-8): Ordinance No. 96-8 was amended and restated. The amendment revised civil enforcement proceedings prior to commencing actions before a District Magisterial Judge, adopted revisions to the Second Class Township Code as to enforcement of certain ordinances as summary criminal matters and effected corrections to and revisions of the original ordinance as to ordinances affected and amounts of fines for violation.
