The Manufactured Home Park Ordinance, amending and restating regulations governing issuance of permits for development, construction and alteration of and additions to manufactured home parks, licensing of persons operating manufactured home parks, standards for erection of single-section manufactured homes and inspection of manufactured home parks, amending regulations governing development of manufactured home parks and improvements required therein; providing for regulation of manufactured home parks as land developments; prescribing penalties for violation and establishing enforcement procedures.  Repeals Ordinance No. 74-19.

The Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, amending and restating regulations governing the subdivision and development of land; the construction, opening, dedication and improvement of streets, alleys, drainage and other facilities and access to Township streets; providing design standards, plan procedures, plan requirements and improvements; establishing standards for the construction, dedication and acceptance of public improvements; providing for fees for plan review, administration and inspections and establishing penalties and remedies for violation.  Repeals Ordinance No. 65-1, as amended.

Zoning Ordinance:  Property at 4122 Zuck Road rezoned from “A” Residence District to “D” Residence District.

2006-11

Amended and restated Municipal Waste and Recycling Ordinance, providing for the collection, transportation and disposition of municipal waste, recyclable materials and leaf waste; defining those recyclable materials to be separated and marketed for recycling; mandating that all generators of municipal waste, recyclable materials and leaf waste assure proper collection and disposition of the same; prohibiting the collection and/or disposal of municipal waste, recyclable materials and leaf waste without a proper registration therefore and establishing duties of registrants; permitting only one entity to collect municipal waste, recyclable materials and leaf waste generated by residential units other than those deemed a commercial pickup and establishing requirements to be met by residents and the retained entity under said contract; requiring that owners and occupants of residential properties pay fees for services as established under a contract awarded to the contracted entity; establishing duties and prohibitions and fines and penalties for violation.  Repeals and supersedes Ordinance No. 97-2, as amended.

Zoning Ordinance:  Property at 4705 Greenwood Street rezoned from “A” Residence District to “B” Residence District and Property at 3930 West 26th Street rezoned from “A” Business District to “B” Business District.

Zoning Ordinance:  A 0.278-acre parcel located on the north side of the 1700 block of Zimmerly Road rezoned from “A” Residence District to “B” Residence District.

Sewer Rental Ordinance Amendment:  Amending and restating the Sewer Rental Ordinance, No. 99-8 as amended and restated by Ordinance No. 2004-15, to increase to $70.00 the quarterly rental assessment per equivalent domestic unit, effective January 1, 2007.

Amendment of Police Pension Plan:  Amending and restating the Township of Millcreek Police Pension Plan.
