2005-1

Building Renovation Note Refinancing:  Authorizing and approving the issuance and sale of a $2,900,000.00 General Obligation Note, 2005 Series, for the purpose of refunding (refinancing) the General Obligation Note, Series of 1997, which funded renovation of the Municipal Building.

2005-2

Rezoning:  A 4.32-acre Parcel located north of Village Common Drive and east of Zuck Road, now zoned “A” Business District, to be rezoned to “D” Residence District.

2005-03

Two-Axle Vehicle Size Limit:  Establishing restrictions as to size of vehicles operated upon:

 

  • Millfair Road, from West 38th Street to Sterrettania Road;
  • Pacific Avenue, from West 32nd Street south to West 38th Street; and
  • Evans Road, from West Gore Road to Glenridge Road.

 

Providing exemptions from the restrictions for school buses, emergency vehicles and certain local deliveries or pickups.

Street Improvements:  Establishing regulations governing the making of improvements to streets, including but not limited to paving and other improvements to cartways and installation of storm sewers, upon petition of owners of lots abutting said proposed improvements.

Street Vacation:  Vacating as a public street that portion of West 13th Street from the east line of Lowell Avenue east to the eastern boundary of Steen’s Subdivision.

2005-6

Rezoning:  2527 Zimmerly Road and 2535 Zimmerly Road, now zoned “A” Residence District and Agriculture District, to be rezoned to “B” Business District.

Stop Regulations:  Establishing stop regulations and providing for the posting of signs and penalties for violations at the following intersections:

Speed Limits:  Establishing a speed limit of 25 miles per hour for:

 

  • Zimmerly Road, from Grubb Road east to Love Road;
  • Conway Street, from West Grandview Boulevard to West Gore Road;
  • Bradford Avenue, from Lancaster Road east to Priscilla Drive; and
  • Alexandra Drive, for its entire length from Zimmerly Road to Old Zuck Road

2005-9

Rezoning:  Property at the southwest corner of Peach Street and Marmon Road, now zoned “A” Business District, to be rezoned to “B” Business District; Properties known as 3761 West Ridge Road and 3803 West Ridge Road, now zoned “C” Business District, to be rezoned to “D” Business District; and 35.151-acre Parcel on the north side of the 5300 block of West Ridge Road, now zoned Agriculture and Light Industry Districts, to be rezoned to “D” Business District.

2005-10

Rezoning:  Property at 2227 West 38th Street, now zoned “A” Residence District, to be rezoned to “C” Business District; and Property being a 4.9-acre parcel along the north line of the 100 block of Evans Road, now zoned Light Industry District, to be rezoned to “A” Residence District.

2005-11

Speed Limits:  Establishing a 35 mph speed limit for Footemill Road, from Arbuckle Road south to the Summit Township boundary line and 25 mph speed limit for:

 

  • Sommerheim Drive, from West 8th Street north to the property line of the City of Erie Sommerheim Treatment Plant;
  • Idyllbrook Lane, for its entire length from Amherst Road east to Old Zuck Road
  • Idyllbrook Court, for its entire length from Idyllbrook Lane to the cul-de-sac.

2005-13

Two-Axle Vehicle Size Limit:  Establishing restrictions as to the size of vehicles operated upon streets, establishing a two-axle per vehicle size restriction upon vehicles traveling on:

 

  • West 14th Street, from Marshall Dr. west to the east line of Linden Avenue;
  • West 14th Street, from Potomac Ave. west to the east line of Powell Avenue;
  • Footemill Road, from Arbuckle Road south to the boundary line between Millcreek Township and Summit Township;

 

Providing exemptions from the restrictions for school buses, emergency vehicles and certain local deliveries or pickups.

2005-14

No Parking Regulations:  Prohibiting the parking or standing of vehicles along the right of way of:

 

  • the west side of Carriage Hill Drive, from Young Road south to Provident Way;
  • the east side of Carriage Hill Drive, from Mineo Drive south to Young Road

2005-15

Amendment to General Employee Pension Plan:  Second Amendment to the Township’s General Employees Pension Plan.
