2001-02	ZONING: Property at 5060 West Ridge Rd., also known as 5050 West Ridge Rd., rezoned from "A" Business District to "B" Business District.
2001-03	ZONING: An 8.92-acre parcel of land in the 5000 block on Wattsburg Road at its intersection with East Gore Road, from Agriculture District to "A" Business District.

2001-05	WATER AUTHORITY GUARANTEED BOND: Approving the Plan Millcreek Township Water Authority for the issuance of $5,445,000 guaranteed water revenue bonds, Series of 2001, dated May 2, 2001 for the purpose of the current refunding (refinancing) a portion of the $7,475,000.00 guaranteed water revenue refunding bonds, Series of 1996 and setting forth the amount, interest rate and maturity date.
2001-06	ZONING: Property at the southwest corner of West 12th Street and Shenk Avenue, containing approx. 3.07 acres and Lots 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 & 58 of Westlawn Acres Subdivision and a parcel of land consisting of approx. 1.377 acres of land on the east side of the 1700 block of Asbury Rd, from "A" Residence District to Light Industry District.
2001-07	AMENDMENT OF POLICE PENSION PLAN: Adopting amendments to the Township's Police Pension Plan to be effective January 1, 2000, to incorporate prior Plan amendments.

2001-14	AMENDMENT TO OPEN BURNING ORDINANCE: Amending the Open Burning Ordinance, No. 2000-1, by providing that the term "yard waste" as therein used shall not be deemed to include "leaf waste" as defined in Ordinance No. 97-2 (This amendment was enacted to meet requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The effect of the amendment is to prohibit burning of leaf waste).
