OPEN BURNING ORDINANCE: Amending and restating the Burning Ordinance (No. 19, as amended), establishing regulations for outside burning on public and private property; prohibiting burning within 75' of any building or structure and/or 50' of any property line and on any day but Saturdays; prohibiting the burning of recyclable and other materials; setting forth recognized exceptions and establishing penalties for violation.

ZONING: Portions of parcels at 2019, 2025, 2055, 2103, 2111, 2125 and 2155 Edinboro Road consisting of 7.978 acres of land from Agriculture District to "B" Business District.

AXLE LIMITS: Establishing and imposing restrictions as to the size of vehicles operated upon streets, establishing a two-axle per vehicle size restriction upon vehicles traveling on Atlantic Avenue from West 32nd Street north to its dead end; on Feasler Street from West 32nd Street north to its dead end; on Garland Street from West 32nd Street north to its dead end; on Court Avenue from West 32nd Street north to its dead end; on Westline Street from West 32nd Street north t its dead end; on Kimberly Drive, between Zuck Road and Golf Club Road; on Golf Club Road, between Edinboro Road and Zuck Road; on Zuck Road from the Millcreek Township boundary line to Golf Club Road and on Angle Street, between West 26th Street and Sterrettania Road, providing for exemptions from the restrictions for school buses, emergency vehicles and certain local deliveries or pickups.

AMENDMENT TO INDUSTRIAL WASTE ORDINANCE: Amending Section 2.4 of the Millcreek Township Industrial Waste Ordinance, Ordinance No. 94-7, so as to amend and restate maximum allowed local discharge limits of certain pollutants, as required by City of Erie Ordinance 61-1999 governing use of the sanitary sewer system.

TRUCK WEIGHTS - CIDER MILL RD. BRIDGE: Prohibiting trucks with a gross weight in excess of 33 tons or combination of vehicles in excess of 40 tons from traveling on or across the Cider Mill Road bridge.

2000-06

ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT-"D" RESIDENCE: Amending and restating the Zoning Ordinance (74-29) and the Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance (65-1), amending the term "developable land"; amending regulations governing the "D" Residence zoning district; establishing regulations governing open space in the "D" Residence District; authorizing modification of lot and height regulations in appropriate cases.

STREET VACATION: Vacating as a public street in Millcreek Township 30' x 40' sections of Vassar Street at the northeast and southeast corners of Vassar Street and Colonial Avenue.

PARKING: Prohibiting the parking or standing of vehicles along the right of way on the north side of the 3700 block of West Lake Road from the west line of Glenruadh Avenue a distance of 60 feet west, and along both sides of West 6th Street between the west line of Pittsburgh Ave. and its intersection with West Lake Road.

ZONING: Property at 2609 West 12th Street, from Resort Business District to Light Industry District.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL AVOIDANCE: Declaring it unlawful for operators of motor vehicles to cause said motor vehicle to travel across private property in an attempt to avoid a traffic signal, a traffic control device or an intersection; to require that the operator of a motor vehicle traveling upon a private street, private drive or other private property at any location not an "urban district" subject to the provisions of Section 3344 of the Vehicle Code come to a full stop prior to entering upon a public street or highway.

ANIMAL REGULATIONS: Imposing upon owners, keepers and custodians of animals a duty to keep such animals under restraint; declaring unlawful the allowance of disturbing of the peace by animals and allowance of defecation by animals upon private or public property without immediate and proper removal.

SPEED LIMITS: Establishing a speed limit of 35 mph for Heidler Road, from Sterrettania Road to Millfair Road, and a speed limit of 25 mph for West 51st Street from Washington Avenue east to Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale Avenue from West 51st Street north to West Gore Road, Perkins Street from Zimmerly Road north to West Grandview Boulevard, Henderson Road from Route 8 south to 5571 Henderson Road, Glade Drive from Kuntz Road south to 6123 Glade Drive, Harmony Drive from West Lake Road north to 401 Voyageur Drive, Stellar Drive from Grubb Road east to Solar Drive, Volkman Drive from Hershey Road north to Stellar Drive, Solar Drive from the east end of Luna Lane to the west end of Luna Lane, Old Sterrettania Road from Colonial Avenue west to New Sterrettania Road and for Golf Club Road from Edinboro Road west to Schermer Road.

2-AXLE VEHICLE SIZE LIMITS: Establishing and imposing restrictions as to the size of vehicles operated upon streets, establishing a two-axle per vehicle size restriction upon vehicles traveling on Greeley Avenue, between West 26th Street and State Route 0832 (Sterrettania Road); on West 56th Street, between Peach Street and Perkins Street; on West 14th Street, between Powell Avenue and Linden Avenue; on Evanston Avenue, between West 23rd Street and West 26th Street; on Caughey Road, between West 38th Street and State Route 0832 (Sterrettania Road); and on Schrimper Road, between Route 8 and Norcross Road; providing exemptions from the restrictions for school buses, emergency vehicles and certain local deliveries or pickups.

NONELECTORAL DEBT/BELLE VALLEY POOL: Increasing the nonelectoral indebtedness of Millcreek Township by entering into a general obligation loan in the amount of $200,000.00 for the purpose of funding final construction costs of the Belle Valley Pool, including satisfaction of a term note therefor, approving the form, number, date, interest and maturity thereof; making a covenant for the payment of debt service on the loan.
