2001-14 Amendment
of Open Burning Ordinance (No. 2000-1) - Amending the Open Burning Ordinance by providing
that the term “yard waste” as used in that ordinance is not to be deemed to
include the term “leaf waste” as defined in Millcreek’s Municipal Waste and
Recycling Ordinance [the effect of the amendment is to prohibit the burning of
