2006-8                         MANUFACTURED HOME PARK ORDINANCE:  Amending and restating regulations governing issuance of permits for development, construction and alteration of and additions to manufactured home parks, licensing of persons operating manufactured home parks, standards for erection of single-section manufactured homes and inspection of manufactured home parks, etc.

2006-9                         SUBDIVISION & LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE:  Amending and restating the Millcreek Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance,  regulating the subdivision and development of land; the construction, opening, dedication and improvement of streets, alleys, drainage and other facilities and access to Township streets; providing design standards, plan procedures, plan requirements and improvements; establishing standards for the construction, dedication and acceptance of public improvements, etc.

2008-7                         SHOREHAVEN AREA STREET IMPROVEMENTS: An Ordinance pursuant to Section 2315 of the Second Class Township Code to provide for construction of storm sewer and related storm drainage improvements on portions of Shorehaven Drive, Blackstone Drive, Beachgrove Drive, Willow Road, Sycamore Road, Argyle Avenue, Clifton Drive, Forest Drive, Marshall Drive and West Lake Road; to collect the costs of said improvements from owners of real estate abutting on the said streets which are benefitted by said improvements.

2008-10                       LOCAL SERVICES TAX: Repealing Ordinance No. 78-12, which established and provided for collection and administration of the occupational privilege tax, and establishing and providing for the imposition, collection and administration of a Local Services Tax as authorized by the Local Tax Enabling Act.   

2009-1                         STREET VACATION:   Vacating as a public street that portion of West 25th Street from the west right of way line of State Route 0832 (Peninsula Drive) west a distance of 168 feet along its north line and 175.15 feet along its south line.

2009-2                         REZONING:  A 0.94-acre Parcel on the south side of Crabapple Drive in its 5200 block rezoned to “A” Residence District.

2009-3                         INTER-GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION (Dispatch Communication Services):  Authorizing inter-governmental cooperation with and delegation to the County of Erie with respect to provision of fire, police, emergency and other dispatch communication services; setting forth the terms of such authorization and delegation; approving the initial agreement and authorizing Township officers to implement and, as necessary, amend such agreement(s).

2009-4                         AMENDMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE - WIND ENERGY:

Amendment of the Millcreek Township Zoning Ordinance to make provision for use of land for small wind turbine devices and wind energy conversion systems; establishing defined terms and establishing regulations governing such uses and development of land to accommodate wind energy conversion systems.

2009-10                       GENERAL OBLIGATION LOAN: Increasing the nonelectoral indebtedness of the Township by entering into a $283,000 general obligation loan to assist in funding of purchase by Kearsarge Fire Dept. of a 2009 Precision Rescue Pumper.

2009-11                       GUARANTEED SEWER REVENUE NOTE: Approving the plan of the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority for issuance of a $700,000 Guaranteed Sewer Revenue Note for the purpose of providing funds for the Overlook Heights Subdivision and the Scenic Crest Subdivision and Area Sewer Projects.

2009-12                       GUARANTEED WATER REVENUE NOTE: Approving the plan of the Millcreek Township Water Authority for issuance of a $1,000,000 Guaranteed Water Revenue Note for the purpose of providing funds for the Lancaster and Zimmerly Roads Loop Closure, the purchase of radio read meters and recording equipment, the Route 99 pressure regulating valve project, electrical upgrades to the Asbury Pump Station, the closure of the Yoder wells, the purchase of valve exercising equipment and the construction of water service extensions at Old Sterrettania, Old French Road, Thomas Road and at the Millcreek Mall.
