OPEN-RECORDS OFFICERS
By Resolution No. 2008-R-46 adopted
on December 23, 2008, Millcreek Township’s Board of Supervisors designated
these individuals to serve as Open-Records officers as required by the Right to
Know Law:
The Right to Know Law requires
prompt responses to requests for access to pubic records. Requests for access must identify the
recipient as Open-Records Officer so that he or she can know the nature of the
communication.
