PUBLIC NOTICE

The Millcreek Township Police Department adheres to a policy of investigating complaints relative to allegations of misconduct involving sworn officers and civilian employees.  If you believe an employee of the Millcreek Township Police Department has conducted themselves in an inappropriate manner or has committed a violation of the law, you are urged to file a citizen's complaint.

Complaints can be initiated by obtaining a "Citizen's Complaint Form" from the Millcreek Township Police Department or by contacting the Department's Professional Standards Officer at 814-838-9515, ext. 423.

Although the Millcreek Police Department encourages citizens to report police and civilian employee misconduct, the filling of false complaints for the purpose of discrediting a police officer or civilian employee may result in criminal prosecution under Pennsylvania Crimes Code 4906.
