Culbertson Hills Golf Resort

Come join us for 18 or 36 holes of golf at the annual Millcreek Police Golf Tournament. We will begin with an 8:00 AM shotgun start for individual play, and reload the shotgun for a 1:00 PM start for a four-player scramble.

You have the option of playing the morning, the afternoon, or both flights, but players registering for both flights will have priority over those only playing one flight. A hot dog lunch will be available, and a steak dinner is provided following the afternoon flight.

Prices are as follows:

Morning Flight (individual play): $75.00

Afternoon Flight (4-player scramble): $75.00

Both Flights: $105.00

Due to the overwhelming response in past years, registrations will only be accepted when accompanied by payment of registration fee. Two-somes and foursomes only, please. Complete the lower portion and return, with payment in cash or by check made payable to “Millcreek Police Golf Committee”, at 3608 West 26^th Street, Erie, PA 16506. Registration and payment must be received by June 5, 2008.
