To All Millcreek Residents

Millcreek Police Department recently purchased a photo-imaging program which allows the Department to store pictures along with name, address, phone, date of birth, and physical characteristics in our computer system.  We would like to make this feature available to those Millcreek residents who are caretakers for a person or person(s) with Alzheimer's, dementia or a person who is easily confused if they wander from a familiar area.  The Millcreek Police Department has assisted some of these persons in returning to their home in the past.  Having a photo in our file along with the physical information could help us make a faster identification. 

If you would like to participate, please bring a picture, personal information and physical description (name, address, phone of contact person, date of birth, height, weight, hair color, eye color, build, complexion) to the Millcreek Police Department.  The photo will be scanned and placed in our records.
