A solid fence, privacy fence, hedge or enclosure wall shall not exceed a height of six (6'), except along a street line where the height shall be limited to four (4') feet.

An ornamental fence or chain link fence may exceed the six (6;) foot height limit of a solid fence, but shall have a ration of solid portion not in excess of one to four.
