Millcreek Township

For all Millcreek and Fairview Township residents who are frequent visitors to the Millfair Compost & Recycling Center, a residential permit number is available. We are pleased that you use the Center and would like to save you time and make your entrance registration faster. We can issue you a no-charge permit so you can just show your card number at the gate. If you are interested in more information, please contact Charlotte in Fairview by calling 474-5942 on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by e-mail at frwtwprecycle@velocity.net.

Millcreek Township distributes the Commercial Permits to the Millfair Compost Center and Fairview Township will distribute the Residential Permits to the Millfair Compost Center.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Wednesday - 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Thursday - CLOSED
Friday - Noon-7:00 p.m.
Saturday - 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday - Noon-5:00 p.m.

Accepting:

Shrubbery
Brush
Tree Trimmings

Items will be accepted loose; if bagged or boxed, items must be emptied out of containers at the designated composting area.

Leaves:

Clear bags are the designated bag for curbside pickup. Leaves must be emptied out of any container if brought to the site.

Bark & Compost Prices:

Bark Mulch	$17.00 per yard
Leaf Compost	$10.00 per yard

The attendant will explain the new billing system imposed Fall of 2006.
