Initial Development & History:
Millcreek Township acquired the property with an Acquisition Grant from the
Department of Conservation & Natural Resources in the amount of $168,288.00
in March 2007.
Existing Equipment:
It was decided by the Township Supervisors to raze the home, trailer, work
shed & restrooms. This work was completed in the spring of 2007.
The garage & barn were left intact. Renovation work began on the
garage in the fall of 2007, which included a new roof, fascia, soffit, siding,
man door, & garage door. The garage will be used as a storage
building.

Walnut Creek, hiking trails & parking & traffic flow.
