Engineer Morris reported that the Millcreek Township
Planning Commission recommended approval of the plan. Mike Sanford, Sanford Surveying &

Bakery. Land Development Plan. A land development plan to construct a 6,000
square foot retail/bakery with associated parking area located along the north
line of
Engineer Morris reported that the Millcreek Township
Planning Commission recommended approval with a request of $10,000.00 for a
traffic signal upgrade at
