Zoning Swimming Pool Permit

NOTES:

1.      Separate permit or written exemption REQUIRED from the Erie County Health Department for all PUBLIC pools PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT.

2.      Pool owners are required to contact Building Inspection Underwriters (BIU), at 860-8044, to schedule inspections required by Statewide Building Code for the type of pool being constructed.  Separate fees will be incurred and payable to BIU for these inspections.

3.      Millcreek Township permit fee for all types of pools is $50.00, payable in cash or check made payable to Millcreek Township Supervisors.
