West Grandview Boulevard (S.R. 4014) west of West Street in the South Gore Tract and Tract 348.  (Tabled at Supervisors’ meeting on January 26, 2010.)

 

Laurel Springs – Phase 3A.  Land Development Plan.  A land development plan showing the construction of a 52-unit apartment building with associated driveway and parking areas located at the southwest corner of West Grandview Boulevard
(S.R. 4014) and West Street in Tract 348 and the South Gore Tract.  (Tabled at Supervisors’ meeting on January 26, 2010.)

 

10.            Ordinance No. 2010-1

 

An Ordinance to amend and restate Ordinance No. 99-8, commonly known as the Millcreek Township Sewer Rental Ordinance, as amended and restated by Ordinance Nos. 2004-15 and 2006-14, to increase from $70.00 to $80.00 the quarterly rental assessment per equivalent domestic unit effective January 1, 2010; containing severability and repealor clauses.
