Recycling Department

The State of Pennsylvania has established rules for trash removal through Act 101 of 1988. To comply with these requirements Millcreek Township enacted Ordinance #97-2 and as amended Ordinance #2006-11. As a result of this legislation all residential and commercial properties MUST be signed up for trash and recycling service.
